Title: On LIberty Author: John Stuart Mill 2003 Yale University Press New Haven and London 249 pages Political philosophy
It's not a light read but it's not Kant either. The essay itself is about half the size of the book, the rest is commentary by people like Richard Posner, university teachers etc. I quite liked reading it for it gives a perspective on contemporary matters as well as ( nearly ) eternal ones.
I'm writing a text ( 20 to 25 pages ) about it. I give you a rather extensive synopsis of the book, you give me a critique of the way I write ( the more detailed the better but it's as you wish ), what say you?
