I was born Jewish, but severly disagree with the religion and the theory of a "god". I know that I am an atheist, but documents from my birth say otherwise. Does any one know of a way to delegalize these documents (besides burning them)?

Jewish also refers to nationality, not just religion. Is it marked as Religion = Jewish, or Nationality= Jewish?
One can be Jewish by nationality and something else by religion, or no religion at all.

I know that I was baptised, but legally as far as I know that means nothingI do know that Maverick has provided a "Renouncement of Baptitsm Certificate" form on this site, but I think this is mostly whimsical, albeit gratifying.

I've heard a phrase that says "Once a Catholic, always a Catholic".
I've wondered myself if that was true, because I was a baby when I was baptized (like most people) but then I was forced to receive Confirmation (a Catholic sacrament) just to get out of middle school. Otherwise the school would have made me stay back (it was a Catholic school but no one has a choice of what school they go to until they're 18).
I wonder if forced Catholicism counts...
