You know we are all about war crimes in this CRAZY world today. So now I ask you all turn your bibels to the point where Moses created an army for God. (The Army of Isreal.) These guys supposedly on orders from God went about commiting mass killings and Genoside.
I think we should bring God Up on charges of not only hate Crimes, Murder, General Decite, Mass Genoside, But also up on war crimes. While we are at it lets add attempted murder of that kid by his own father when God put him in a catch 22.

ROFLMAO! That is fantastic... but one thing... how do we assemble a jury of His peers? Guess we'll have to call on the Greek Pantheon to get that part handled. Personally, I hope Athena gets on the jury because she is the only one to kick the crap out of Ares everytime for his actions, imagine what she would do to God?

When we waged war against the Nazis in World War II, was that wrong? Most people wouldn't have a problem with that.
My point is, there is such a thing as just war. The Divinely commanded wars in the Bible are such cases of just warfare.
First, there were only certain nations that God commanded the Israelites to go to war against, it wasn't just any nation. The specific nations that God commanded the Israelites to destroy were so permeated with evil that there was no hope, and they were ripe for justice. These nations either (1) committed war crimes against Israel; or (2) were extremely morally depraved, practicing things such as idolatry, sexual perversion, or child sacrifice.

There has been many more unjust wars in gods name. ww2 was not in gods name except in hitlers case. Remember he went to church every Sunday, he didn’t drink or do drugs. He believed in god and wanted to do his bidding. We went in to try to stop him from killing thousands of people. One other big unjust war is the inquisitions and I could go on and on and on and on.
Are you saying you don’t do those things? You are idolatry you have a cross somewhere don’t you? Are you immoral for it? Sexual perversion….. like when god gave many wives to people in the bible? Isn’t that the same some one sleeping with many wives at once?
Child sacrifice…. Like when god told job to kill his child in gods name? same thing there buddy.

There has been many more unjust wars in gods name. There's a difference between a war "in God's name" and a war directly commanded by God in the Bible. The wars commanded by God in the Old Testament were just wars, but of course many wars throughout history done "in God's name" were not necessarily just. If Hitler really believed he was doing the right thing, then he was just deluded. No God would approve of Hitler's actions, and certainly not the God of the Bible. Again, I'm not denying the fact that unjust wars have been done "in God's name" throughout history. That wasn't the issue. The issue was, Are the wars commanded directly by God in the Bible unjust? I contend that they are not. If you know of any examples of unjust wars commanded by God, we can discuss that if you want. Actually I don't wear or have a cross anywhere. But even if I did, wearing a cross isn't necessarily idolatry, as long as you don't think of it as more that it is: a mere symbol of the crucifixion. Even God commanded the Israelites to carve out images (two angels) and place them above the Ark of the Covenant. This wasn't idolatry at all, but it certainly could have become idolatry if the Jews started to worship the statues. The same goes for a cross: if you begin to think of it as some mystical object, or having special powers, or you begin to worship it instead of God, then you are committing idolatry. But if you are simply wearing it as a reminder of Christ's sacrifice for us, then there's nothing wrong with that. When did God approve of someone marrying multiple wives? There are stories in the Bible when people do that, but that doesn't mean that God approved of the decision. In fact, He defined marriage to be one man and one woman in the beginning when He created them: "Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man...For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh" (Genesis 2:22, 24). Actually, it was Abraham, not Job. But a key part of that story is that before Abraham was about to kill his son, God told him not to. This shows that God did not intend Abraham to really sacrifice his son, it was only meant to be a test of obedience and loyalty.

Dan:
Funny thing is, if a god created us to be monogomous why have the sexual organs of both men and women not developed that way? They are in fact devolped for multiple partners.
