Well, after buying both volumes of Family Guy I can safely say that I am a very loyal fan My favorite thing about Family Guy is that it doesn't pan out the jokes to make more episodes, they pack everything into each episode to have you laughing in no time, and long after the credits. Another good thing is the short clips that can be recited with friends to have a quick laugh, like (after hearing what's Brian's secret to losing weight from Meg) "Here's a hint: PUT DOWN THE FORK! FACE!!" Oh the good times I've shared ;D [rumor]I've heard that they are making another season straight to DVD.[/rumor]

Family Guy, Futurama, The Simpsons, all great shows. And they keep me hopping, I keep trying to decide if Matt Groening and Seth MacFarlane are atheists, sometimes its seems like it, sometimes not.

From the Celebrity Atheist ListMatt Groening, Cartoonist/Animator/Producer/Screenwriter From a February 1, 1999 profile of Groening in the Denver Post: Matt Groening -- the executive producer of "The Simpsons," who pokes a lot of fun at religion -- was asked by The New York Times whether he believed in God and what he considers the most comical story in the Bible. Said Groening: "I was very disturbed when Jesus found a demon in a guy, and he put the demon in a herd of pigs, then sent them off a cliff. What did the pigs do? I could never figure that out. It just seemed very un-Christian. Technically, I'm an agnostic, but I definitely believe in hell -- especially after watching the fall TV schedule." --SF In the September 6, 2000 edition of The Onion A.V. Club titled "Is There A God?", celebrities were asked the question. Groening was among those asked. The Onion: Is there a God? Matt Groening: [Laughs.] Hold on, I have to think about this. [Long pause.] If there is a God, all evidence shows that He hates me. See the feature at avclub.theonion.com/avclub3631/avfeature_3631.html. I was unable to find any quotations from Seth MacFarlane one way or the other. Your guess is as good as mine.

You can get both shows plus the simpsons on Winamp streaming media now. The servers are often full, but a relatively cheap subscription to everyshowsucks.com grants you priority to the servers. I think saltwaterchimp.com has the same sort of deal.

well you can imagine that Seth MacFarlane is not too religious after watching the humor he pokes at religion and god in the series.
