Hello everybody. I’m 33 years old and have been an atheist since I was in my mid-teens. I’ve been a big poster on other atheist forums and message boards. I consider myself a freethinker who is very open minded. I love music, cooking, philosophy and animals. I hold degrees in psychology and child development as I am fascinated by the human condition. I look forward to interacting with the members of this forum.

I enjoy reading psychology magazines. Sometimes I like to read science magazines if it's not full of articles about cars and other mechanic stuff.

Which science mags have articles about cars and mechanics? Last Scientific American, American Scientist, Discover, etc that I picked up didn't have any mechanics (other than quantum/classical ;D) articles in them...

Usually Popular Science has the majority of the articles based on the latest car and mechanic technology rather than anything else (every time I've picked an issue up anyways).
I haven't checked out any other magazines because I haven't seen them anywhere. But then again, I live in Alabama, so it's amazing that I find anything at all worth reading around here.

I usually go to the local bookstore chain like a Barnes & Noble and such and they usually have them all. A library should have at least a few in their periodicals section. A local univeristy would probably have many more including peer-reviewed academic journals.
