I don't look at it as a choice either. I'm very fascinated by religion, but I reject it. I was a theology minor in college and I continue to read and try to keep up with that kind of thing. It's probably similar to the fascination you two have with atheism actually. For me, believing in a god seems so much easier and sometimes I wish I did. But then I stop and think about it and all I can think about the existence of a god is "that's so ridiculous." And when people ask me why I don't believe that's the only explanation I can give. I really can't explain it any more. And I appreciate that the people on these boards probably DO understand that. But anyway... it's not a choice because if I had a choice, I might go the other way. That's it!
