This post is there to test a principle which is as follows:
Say you are part of a team which is undertaking a project. This project, for example, can be war.
If an individual is part of ethnic group X AND this individual cares about being part of ethnic group X ( it's part of his/her subjective identity ) AND ethnic group X will be affected by the project: Do not trust that individual. Give her/him ancillary tasks, do not listen to information s/he is giving you that would change your plan/actions, do not give that person access to sensitive information.
If any of the three conditions is not fulfilled, then the person can be trusted. E.g.: If an individual is part of ethnic group X and ethnic group X is affected by the project, it doesn't matter and that individual should be treated just like everybody else.

If the project is war than it is not a worthwhile endeavour anyway.
Also, what's best for ethnic group X is most likely what's best for me, since we are part of the same race and live on the same planet. Sure the X-person is different from me, but so are you. What would be the point in only taking advice from people who are exactly the same as you?
