Damn, I had a feeling about Auntie, she should be called the Teflon Don. She sailed through the game with nary a vote from anyone that I recall. She should have been at the top of my list, not the bottom, her pursuit of me was relentless. BaalShemRa was all over the map, tough to nail down. I truly thought pieisgood was innocent due to his "no lynch theory" which I felt was reputable. Anyhow, fun game, thanks to all.

Yes, it was a good game ... and ummm, Hilly, Jewel ... sorry about the relentless pursuit, but well, that's what I hadta do ... plus, you did give me good reasons for the bandwagoning ...

Sign up in the queue if you're interested, I think you're a little mixed up on your forums there, Yaw but yes, do sign up. Yaw told you so... To whom it may concern-- after the first night's discussion, we devoloped a couple of signals we could use. agreed, (townie's name), meant "attack this person" hmmm, (scum's name), meant "back off" That's why BSR kept on saying "agreed, non", (and I'm assuming the "caps lock problem" too)

(I don't want to edit my posts...)
Also, I stand by my "no lynch" theory. It really is beneficial to the town to do that. I just figured that people would think me innocent if it pulled through.

I believe it started as a random vote, nonny, with pressure votes added later. Your ineffectual defense may have been a factor in people not removing their votes.
One thing to bear in mind, you has 2 mafia on your bandwagon (well, up until we decided that Hilly might be an easier lynch).
I don't know why Hilly & Jewel were gunning for you, but it made them easier targets *grins*

nonbeliever, for me it came down to that quote I made about being quiet. It's scummy, because if you're quiet, you can't make mistakes that people could pounce on to show you're evil. You were posting stuff at the beginning that had very little relevant content with respect to the game, so I found you suspicious for that reason.
Being town is a bit of a balancing act. You have to be active and provide thoughtful content, because the best weapons the town has are their brains and their votes. On the other hand, you also have to stay out of the way -- you want the attention to be focused on the mafia, not on overly suspicious townies.
You'll find also that when you're active you can defend yourself much more easily (something else I mentioned at one point). If you've posted nothing of substance and get called on it, there's nothing for you to fall back on except an emotional plea. Since anyone, even scum, can make emotional pleas, that's likely to get you lynched. But if you're active and contributing in a positive way, then you can point to your contributions for a defense. You'll find it holds up a lot better to scrutiny, and will be far more effective in getting the pressure off of you, and back on the mafia where it belongs.

How about me? Can I get a little critique?
Non, we smelled blood, so we focused on you.

Well, BaalShemRa, the primary mistake I caught you in was following blindly. I became even more convinced towards the end because of pieisgood's behaviour towards you, and his derailing of the bandwagon against you on day 1. Once you can connect two people together in some way, it increases the likelihood they're mafia. (The latter piece of evidence was more pieisgood's fault, though.)
Both of you recovered really well, though. It isn't easy getting an evil role your first game, especially as a replacement. You picked it up pretty quickly.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been on, my computer crashed. It's still broken but I have sneaked on my mom's computer. If she found out, she'll kill me. Hehe, but she's out of town. She won't be back until tuesday night. I really hope that she will fix my computer soon, I miss it.
I knew it! BaalshemRa was on the top of my list. Too bad I wasn't here to help cast suspcision on him. I was suspicious of Pie too. But AuntieSocial...I never really paid much attention to you.
Oh, I have a question. Why did you guys lynch me first?
