Here is how we save the world from hunger: teach people wilderness survival and how to live in the way of the caretaker. A while back, i saw a magizine with a picture of starving people with an edible plant known as amaranth in the picture. 10 feet away was the answer to their hunger, but we took that away from them with our attempt to make things better.
Wild edible and medicinal plants cure most diseases which modern medicine fails to do. In order to prevent disease, which is simply the body's way of getting rid of an unhealthy condition, eat healthily. Don't eat high sugar foods, or foods containing preservatives or other unnatural additives.
To end war:follow the Ten Commandments. Shouldn't be too hard.

you told me to end those things, I was just telling you how it could be done. Do what you want, but don't complain to me when you are unhappy.

you werent telling me HOW it could have been done, you just simply said it was done and you were right and i was wrong... you obviously dont think before you say anything and dont take in account the consequences... i suggest you go read mavericks warning in the "What's Wrong" thread... since it is directly commented to you.

Souless Demon you sound like a 12 year old girl. yes, what exactly is this implying about females? also, the way one converses, hardly makes them "sound" like a little girl. I do not see, by what i said, how this makes me sound like a 12 year old girl. would you care to elaborate?

Demon, may I offfer some constructive criticism?
Stop trying to use "big words" to look smarter.
This could've been reduced in length and saved you energy by just typing this: "I agree, what are you implying about females? Also, I don't understand how what I've said made me sound like a little girl, could you help me out?"
See? No use of large words or any attempt to try and sound superior.

those "larger" words do not seem large to me at all as they are part of my every day language, and the way i converse is more clear and gets the point across, if i simplify what i have to say someone may misinterpret what i am saying and THEN i would look like a fool. and your criticism is not constructive at all, it is basically to try and control me. also, i do not see how typing a few more words would "waste my energy" as i like to type.
also, asking for help is an immature approach for that particular statement that was made about me. if someone calls you a name, you do not ask for their help.
its like this:
Person 1: your a fag Person 2: i dont see how i am a fag, can you please help me?
that just sounds utterly retarded, so do not tell me how to act, speak, or react to other people got it? just concentrate on worrying about yourself.

hahaha! I find your vocalage to be superflous and inane and you don't tell me how to go about my personal private business that belongs to me. Anyways, your not my mom or dad or even my family so i don't have to do what you say! DUMMY HEAD! I hope at least one person will see what is really meant by what I just typed... ____________________________________________ Those "larger" words do not seem large to me at all, as they are part of my every day language. I find the way I converse is more clear and gets the point across; if I simplify what I say, someone may misinterpret my words, making me look like a fool. Your criticism is not constructive at all, it is basically an attempt control me. On another note, I do not see how typing a few more words would "waste my energy," as I like to type. Asking for help is an immature approach for that particular statement. If someone calls you a name, you do not ask for their help. ____________________________________________ There. Same message, only more efficient. You're welcome. My point is that if you are going to use larger words to try and converse more clearly, you might as well go ahead and use some grammar, too. All in good fun, Demon, don't take it personally.

Souless Demon you sound like a 12 year old girl. What are you implying about 12 year olds? I think that this thread is extremely low on logical argument. PMMC: Follow the ten commandments and your life will be good. Soulless Demon: No. They aren't real. PMMC: Follow the ten commandments and your life will be good Soulless Demon: No. They aren't real. Okay, I'm going to take Soulless Demon's side here, but not because they aren't real. Assume for a second that God does exist. The Ten Commandments, written by God, are then good advice. An atheist sees the 10 commandments and says "since God exists, there's no reason to believe those 10 commandments any more than something I would write." He goes off and writes his own more imperfect ethical system which he then follows instead of the 10 commandments. He still has an ethical code here. Nothing wrong with that. ----- The point of this story is that there's no reason for everybody to follow something simply because it's supposedly God's work. It would be ridiculous for the atheist to say "Oh, let's follow that code because some people think it's perfect". Unless the code is logically supported by other means, it's useless.

I must say that I agree with pie. I don't expect people to follow the Ten Commandments, nor believe what i believe, but the Commandments do hold the key to a better society. Even if they are not from God, they are still a great code for human conduct.
